• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be requested by emailing care@zeff.com.
• Returns are accepted only for size exchanges or store credit. Refunds are not provided unless the product is received in a damaged or defective state.
• Any return shipping charges may be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
